Jobs Details:
1. Program Manager (Child Protection, Training, IEC & Advocacy): 01
Qualifications & Experience: The candidate must be Postgraduate in Social Work (MSW)/ Masters Degree in Psychology, M.Sc. Home Science (child development)/ Research/ Communications only from recognised University. [10 points for higher qualifications and 10 points for marks obtained in PG]. ii). Should have at least 5 years experience and knowledge of working and developing IEC material on women/ child protection issues including 2 years of experience at a Program Coordination/ Management level/ designing and facilitating trainings to NGOs/Officials on issues related to child protection. iii). Should have good rapport/ partnership with the NGOs/ Govt. departments/ Training resource agencies who are working on women and child protection related issues and should have a good understanding of child Rights and protection issues.
Age Limit: 25 - 35 years
2. Programme Officer (Children in Need of Care and Protection & Juveniles in Conflict with Law): 01
Qualifications & Experience: The candidate must have i). Graduate/ Postgraduate in Child Psychology/ MSW (Master Degree in Social Work)/ M.Sc. Home Science (Child Development/ Masters degree in Professional Counseling only from recognised university. [10 points for higher qualifications and 10 points for marks obtained in PG]. ii). Should have at least 4 years experience and Knowledge of working on women/child protection issues including 2 years of work experience on child related legal issues like street children, destitute children, exploited children and experience of working closely with the JJBs will be an added advantage. iii). Should have good rapport with the NGOs/ Govt. departments in the district who are working on women and child protection related issues. And should have a good understanding of child rights and protection issues related to children in conflict with law/ CNCP.

3. Programme Officer (Training, IEC & Advocacy): 01
Qualifications & Experience: The candidate must have i). Masters Degree in Communications/ Child Psychology/ Social Work/ Mass Communication only from recognised university. [10 points for higher qualifications and 10 points for marks obtained in PG]. ii). Should have at least 3 years experience and knowledge of working and developing IEC material on women/ child protection issues including 1 year of experience in facilitating trainings to NGOs/Officials/CBOs and involvement in designing on issues related to child protection. iii). Should have good rapport with the NGOs / training resource agencies who are working on women and child protection related issues. And should have a good understanding of child rights and protection issues.
Age Limit: 25 - 35 years
4. Programme Assistant: 01
Qualifications & Experience: The candidate must have i). Bachelors Degree in Child Psychology/ Social Work from recognized University. [20 points for marks obtained in Bachelors Degree and 20 points for additional higher qualifications]. ii). Should have at least 2 years experience of working with NGOs and maintain office records and writing case studies/ field reports. Experience of working with orphan children will be an added advantage. iii). Ability to work on a computer and capable of using MS- Office package (MSWord and Excel), Computerized accounting packages like TALLY/ WINGS and also capable of using the internet independently.
Age Limit: 23 - 35 years
5. Accountant: 01
Qualifications & Experience: The candidate must have i). Bachelors Degree in Commerce/Finance (B.Com) only from recognised University. ii). Should have at least 4 years experience and good/sound knowledge of maintaining accounts and related book keeping and IT laws. Knowledge of principles of accounting. Practical experience of maintaining accounts for 4 years is necessary. iii). Ability to work on a computer and capable of using MS-Office package (MSWord and Excel), Computerized accounting packages like TALLY/ WINGS and also capable of using the internet independently.
Age Limit: 25 - 35 years
6. Assistant cum Data Entry Operator: 01
Qualifications & Experience: The candidate must have i). Bachelors Degree in any discipline and a Diploma in Computer Application. [20 points for higher qualifications and 20 points for marks obtained in B.Com.]. ii). Should have at least 2 years experience of working as a Data Entry operator. iii). Knowledge and experience of doing administrative work and file management and other office works. iv). Ability to work on a computer in English and Telugu and capable of using MS- Office package (MSWord and Excel) and also capable of using the internet.
Age Limit: 23 - 35 years
