Qualification: The candidate must have B.Sc in Physics as Principal and Mathematics / Chemistry / Statistics / Electronics / Computer Science With Minimum 60% Marks.
2. Chemistry - 02
Qualification: The candidate must have B.Sc Chemistry as Principal and Mathematics / Physics / Statistics / Electronics / Computer Science as subsidiary subjects With Minimum 60% Marks.
3. Computer Science - 03
Qualification: The candidate must have B.Sc. (Computer Science) With 60% Marks and or B.Sc. (Physics & Maths) With 60% Marks and Diploma in Computer Science.
4. Mechanical - 05
Qualification: The candidate must have Diploma in Mechanical Engineering With 60% Marks.
5. Electrical - 01
Qualification: The candidate must have Diploma in Electrical Engineering With 60% Marks.
6. Electronics & Instrumentation - 05
Qualification: The candidate must have Diploma in Electronics and / or Instrumentation Engineering with 60% Marks.
7. Mechatronics - 01

Qualification: The candidate must qualify 10th class with 60% Marks and ITI in Electrical / Fitter / Welder /Machinist / Machinist Grinder / Electronics / Electroplating With Two Years NTC /NAC Training.
2. Fitter - 05
Qualification: The candidate must qualify 10th class with 60% Marks and ITI in Electrical / Fitter / Welder / Machinist / Machinist Grinder / Electronics / Electroplating With Two Years NTC /NAC Training.
3. Welder - 02
Qualification: The candidate must qualify 10th class with 60% Marks and ITI in Electrical / Fitter / Welder / Machinist / Machinist Grinder / Electronics / Electroplating With Two Years NTC /NAC Training.
3. Machinist - 05

4. Machinist Grinder - 01
