Qualification & Experience: The candidate must have i) PhD in Hydrology/ Water Resources Engineering or equivalent/ Meteorology/ Climatology. OR ii) ME/ M.Tech. in the aforesaid discipline with 3 years of pertinent research experience. A least one good publication in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal.
