1. Marketing & Resource Mobilization
Qualification: The candidate must have First Class MBA, preferably in marketing and Sales, 2 years experience preferred.
2. IT & IT Solutions
Qualification: The candidate must have First class MBA (IT)/ MCA (IT)/ BE/ B.Tech. (IT/ Computer/ E&C); Minimum 5 years of experience in developing IT solutions independently preferably in education or governance field.
3. Web development
Qualification: The candidate must have BE/ B.Tech. (Software Engineering/ IT/ Computer Engineering/ Computer Application) or MBA (IT)/ MCA; 3-5 years of experience in web development.
4. Personnel Management
Qualification: The candidate must have First class MBA/ MSW/ MLW/ Masters in Personnel Management or Degree in Law; About 10 years of experience in handling Personnel and HR matters will be preferred.
5. Human Resource (HR) Management
Qualification: The candidate must have First class MBA (HR)/ MSW/ Masters in Social Sciences, Humanities, Psychology, Management; Experience of at least 2 years preferred.
