I. Officer (Credit): 270
Qualifications: The candidate must have a Degree in any discipline with minimum 60% marks along with MBA/ PGDBM/ PGBM/ PGDBA from institute of repute (two/ three year programme)/ Post Graduation degree in Commerce/ Science/ Economics/ Chartered Accountant/ ICWA/ Company Secretary. A certification in computer course for minimum three months. OR Information Technology or related paper as one of the subjects at graduation level or afterwards, is a must.
Age Limit (As on 10/04/17): 21 - 30 years
Scale of Pay: Rs.23,700 - 980/7 - 30,560 -1145/2- 32850- 1310/7- 42020/-
2. Manager: 400
Qualification and experience: The candidate must have
a). Degree (Graduation) in any discipline along with MBA/ PGDBM/ PGBM/ PGDBA from institute of repute (two/ three year programme)/ Post Graduation degree in Commerce/ Science/ Economics. OR Chartered Accountant/ ICWA/ Company Secretary.
b). A certification in computer course for minimum three months. OR Information Technology or related paper as one of the subjects at graduation level or afterwards, is must and 02 years experience.
Age Limit (As on 10/04/17): 23 - 35 years
Scale of Pay: Rs.31,705 - 1145/1 - 32850 - 1310/10 - 45,950/-
Application Fee: Rs.100/- for SC/ ST/ PWD category and Rs.600/- for general category.
Selection Procedure: Selection will be through online test and/or personal interview, depending on the number of applicants/eligible candidates.
Online Examination: 150 Marks and 120 Minutes
English Language - 50 Marks
General Awareness with special reference to Banking Industry - 50 Marks
Financial Management - 50 Marks
Penalty for Wrong Answers: There will be penalty for wrong answers marked in the Objective Tests. For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate one fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at corrected score. If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is marked by the candidate; there will be no penalty for that question.
