Art Teachers: 372
Qualifications: The candidate must
i) Pass SSC. And
ii) Possession of Government Diploma in Arts course with (a) Free hand outline and model drawing (b) Design and (c) Painting and
iii) A Technical Teacher’s Certificate in Higher Grade in Drawing issued by Director of Government Exams of AP/ TS. OR
A diploma in Home Science recognised by State Board of Technical Education and Training. OR
A 3-year Diploma in Craft Technology recognised by State Board of Technical Education and Training. Or
Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Applied Art (or) Painting (or) Sculpture OR
BFA (Painting, Sculpture and Print making). OR
BFA Animation from an Institution recognised by UGC/ AICTE.
Age (As on 01/07/17): 44 years
Scale of Pay: Rs.21,230 - 63,010/-
Age limit(As on 01/07/17): 44 years
Scale of Pay: Rs.28,940 - 78,910/-
Fee details: Rs.200/- towards Online Application Processing Fee.
Examination Fee: Rs.120/-. SC, ST, BC, PH and Unemployed applicants in the age group of 18 to 44 years (They have to submit declaration at an appropriate time to the Commission that they are unemployed) are exempted from payment of examination fee.
Scheme of Examination:
General Studies and Art and Art Education (200 questions, 200 marks and 180 minutes)
