Post Graduate Teachers: 921
Qualifications: The candidate must have a Post Graduate Degree in the relevant subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate from a University recognised by the UGC. (In case of SC / ST /BC / Differently abled candidates, the minimum marks shall be 45%) AND
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or B.A. B.Ed. / B.Sc. B.Ed. from any institution recognised by NCTE with the subject concerned as a Methodology subject.
Age limit(As on 01/07/17): 44 years
Scale of Pay: Rs.31,460 - 84,970/-
Fee details: Rs.200/- towards Online Application Processing Fee.
Examination Fee: Rs.120/-. SC, ST, BC, PH and Unemployed applicants in the age group of 18 to 44 years (They have to submit declaration at an appropriate time to the Commission that they are unemployed) are exempted from payment of examination fee.
Scheme of Examination:
I. Preliminary (Screening Test): Written Examination (Objective Type).
General Studies, General Abilities and Basic Proficiency in English
(150 Questions, 150 Marks and 150 minutes)
II. Main Examination: Written Examination (Objective Type)
a). Pedagogy of Concerned (150 Questions, 150 Marks and 150 minutes)
b). Subject Discipline Knowledge/Concerned Subject (150 Questions, 150 Marks and 150 minutes)
